Sample Collections
Overview
Trimega Laboratories have learnt from experience that quite often one of the most important parts in the testing process is how quickly the sample can be collected. Equally as important is the experience of the collector and the extent of the sample collection network within the country.
Trimega Laboratories employs highly trained collectors who cover the entire area within the UK. Our collectors have gained a reputation for being professional, friendly and responsive to the operational needs of the client. With an emphasis on utilising new technology to its best advantage, Trimega Laboratories has pioneered online booking, remote-access, process tracking as well as an electronic delivery of management information.
Other companies will present to you that the entire process takes between 7-10 days. They however, omit to mention that the time taken to make an appointment and collect the samples is sometimes longer than the 7-10 days timeframe provided. The challenge in providing results within a timely manner is ensuring that appointments are made and samples are collected as soon as possible.
Trimega Laboratories work according to a strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) to assure that this process happens as quickly as possible. Click here for SLA
Trimega Laboratories will not just meet its service level agreement (collector contact within 48 hours) but also to show you in ‘real- time’ the length of time it actually takes from the time of your instruction to completion of the report.
Why Trimega?
- Samples are collected by qualified and experienced collectors

Speeding up the process is not only more convenient but also critical to the outcome of some cases, such as an employment tribunal or when dealing with proceedings for child custody.
