National Business Awards UK 2011 Finalist
Trimega Laboratories has been selected as a 2011 finalist in the Orange Innovation Award category for the UK National Business Awards. In its tenth year, the National Business Awards represents the fundamental principles of business distinction, innovation and ethics. As a chosen finalist, Trimega has demonstrated unprecedented drive, resilience and innovation during challenging economic conditions. The combined turnover of all finalists for the 2011 Awards was £96 billion.
Trimega's dual-marker technology for testing excessive alcohol consumption over extensive periods of up to six months, was submitted for the Innovation category of the awards. The winner of this category will go to the organisation that are able to best demonstrate an innovative approach that has (to name a few) transformed the organisation or wider industry, achieved operational excellence, embedded ethical or sustainable practices.
European Business Awards 2011
Trimega Laboratories has once again been selected to represent the UK in the prestigious 2011 European Business Awards, head sponsored by HSBC. As one of 25 Country Representatives selected, Trimega will go on to compete for a coveted Ruban d'Honneur in the next round of the competition. This award is dedicated to raising the visibility and progress of companies who excel in delivering business excellence, best practice and innovation.
This year's Awards programme has seen impressive entries from organisations with a combined turnover greater than €766 billion Euros across the 28 EU countries plus emerging nations. Alongside Trimega as Country Representatives are companies such as: Virgin Trains, Harrods Ltd, The Berkeley Group, Sykes Global Services and Rackspace Ltd.

Trimega Laboratories' CEO Avi Lasarow has been shortlisted as a 2010 finalist for the 'Entrepreneur of the Year' award in the National
Business Awards. Partnered with Coutts, Orange, Grant Thornton, Blackberry and a host of other companies, the National Business Awards are
the UK's most prestigious business awards programme. Trimega Laboratories have been shortlisted among other well-established household names
to include Unilever, Camelot, Marks & Spencer, Coca Cola and American Express.
Commenting on the calibre of entries, Philip Forrest, Chairman of Judges of the Awards, said: "The economic climate continues to present UK businesses with an unprecedented challenge and it is therefore encouraging that the entries in this year's National Business Awards have shown no drop in quality or performance. European Business Awards

Now in its fourth successful year, the European Business Awards has identified some of Europe's brightest businesses based on their ability to demonstrate the three core principles at the heart of the Awards programme. The esteemed panel of judges were looking for organisations to represent the UK who exhibited innovation, business excellence and sustainability. Alongside Trimega as Country Representatives are companies such as: Admiral Group, ARM, Centrica, Rackspace, Robert Wiseman Dairies, The British Land Company and The Fairtrade Foundation.
UK National Customer Service Awards
Trimega Laboratories has been short-listed as a finalist in the 2009 UK National Customer Service awards in the category of Innovation and Excellence: "The SOCAP Award for Innovation". This award recognises new ideas and developments within customer service that enable organisations to meet the needs of their customers more effectively, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.
The awards sponsored by Sky, O2, Royal Mail, British Gas & RBS (just to name a few), demonstrate that Trimega underpins its leading drug and alcohol testing technology with award-winning customer service.
UK Fast Growth Business Awards
Trimega Laboratories has been short-listed as a finalist in the T-Mobile Fast Growth Business Awards in the category of 'Innovative Business of the Year award'. Industry experts recognise that the innovation behind the Trimega brand contributes to fast growth in terms of customers and revenue.
Startups Awards
Triumph for Trimega Laboratories at the 2008 Startups Awards where it won Best Use of Technology for its FAEE-based Hair Alcohol Test. The award was received from Andrienne Lawler, anchor at Sky News, on stage at the Royal Garden Hotel on Hyde Park.
Trimega Laboratories was also a runner up in the Innovative Business of the Year category.
UK National Business Awards
Trimega Laboratories were finalists for The Tenon Award for Entrepreneurial Spirit - an award supported by The Daily Telegraph & The Sunday Telegraph as the media sponsors. This award aims to recognise entrepreneurial success throughout the UK and allows the best British businesses to showcase their achievements and benchmark their successes against firms and bodies of all types. It was an honour for Trimega Laboratories to have been judged as a leading corporation alongside the likes of Rolls-Royce and Diageo. It also gave us a chance to network at the highest level and meet Prince Edward (HRH The Earl of Wessex) with whom we discussed the importance of the work that Trimega Laboratories is doing worldwide to help those whose lives are impacted by substance misuse.

Trimega Laboratories is proud to fly the flag for the London Region in this year's premier awards, HSBC Start-up Stars Awards, sponsored by the Daily Express and Sky News. The company was recently announced as one of the 2008 London Regional Winners.
